Foundations of Body Liberation

Most of us have been steeped in diet culture without knowing it. When we start to wake up and realize the impact of diet culture on our bodies, lives, and how we feel about ourselves, it's hard to know what to do. This introductory course will help you to establish a foundation of unlearning so that you can move toward feeling more liberated in your body.

This course contains about 6 hours of content, including lecture, video, worksheets, meditations, and resources.

Course sections include:

Setting Intentions

Recognizing Diet Culture

Diet Culture and Systems of Oppression

Unlearning Misconceptions

Claiming Your Body Story

Reclaiming Body Trust

Discovering Collective Resilience and Healing
